Tuition
To pay your tuition online, visit My ProCare.
As stated in our Tuition Agreement, tuition is due by Friday morning of each week. No deductions are made for absences, sick days, holidays or inclement weather days. All childcare fees for the current month must be paid in full by the last business day of the month. Any changes in this plan must be approved by the center Director. Vacations require a two-week notice and a fee of $30.00 per week to maintain program participation.

Tuition must be paid in full by the Friday of the week of care. If unpaid, your child will not be accepted into the program.
Hilltop is a participant of the CACFP program that allows us to provide breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack for children at no additional cost to the family.
We encourage you to participate in your child’s education and we welcome you to join us in the classroom for reading or other learning activities.
